- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was dispensed a wrong strength of tablet yesterday, 200mg instead of 500mg. Honest mistake, I'm sure, but might have been a major problem as this was a medication for epilepsy. The assistant today left the problem with the pharmacist to sort out (presumably the same pharmacist who made the mistake yesterday). I did not hear back, (I am now 100km away) and rang 30 minutes later. Nothing had been done. They promised they would get on it right away, which they did, but were unable to find the correct bit of paperwork to fix the problem. I have given up on them and arranged for my own doctor in Coffs Harbour to fax a script to a different pharmacist here. I have given them one star for their apology.mark greacenSeptember 25, 2017
